Can’t get email on iPad since I changed my password at rcn

I changed my password at my rcn email and now I can not get emails on my iPad.

I tried calling rcn but that say the problem is with Apple. Help!!!

Well did you update the password on your ipad as well?


You can also delete and reinstall the mail account.
