Email delete

I have mail on m MacPro and when I delete it, it does not delete from my 2 iPads. How can I sync my iPads with the Mac? The email accounts are all IMAP.

Check Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [your email provider] and drill down per your email provider’s instructions to be sure you have the appropriate IMAP settings.
