I don't see shared library in drop down menu in iTunes

I set up home sharing on both computers - i can see the shared library on one computer but not on the other...what am i doing wrong?

Windows, Windows 10

It could be firewall issue. See Allow iTunes in the Windows firewall on PC - Apple Support.
