i am using classic ipod.. its showing me error to log in apple.com/support/ipod.. its not getting started. how can i make it work again?

That error generally suggests that the hard drive has failed. Are you able to get the device stats as described in the linked article? If so what are they? If not what is the error message when you try?

As noted I think the drive is toast. If I recall that URL once took you to this article: If you see a red X icon on your iPod classic or iPod nano (5th generation or earlier) - Apple Support (archived copy). You could consider swapping out the drive with some form of SD adaptor kit.
