Activity not accurate

So I turn on my workouts and select and outdoor walk. Walk for 20-30 minutes but my exercise ring says I only walked for 3 minutes. But it says I walked the amount of time and the amount that I walked but my rings don’t show it. What’s wrong

Exercise ring My exercise ring does not count the walks I take. I have a low heart rate and just did a 45 minute walk on the treadmill. I did an incline up to 8 but mostly 0-3. HR average was 115. I got only 7 minutes of credit. I did an ifit workout for 25 minutes then added 20 minutes of walking where I kept my heart rate between 110-133 most of the time. But I only got 7 exercise minutes Does anyone know if a setting that may be wrong ?

Exercise ring isn’t picking up on workout I took a 55min outdoor walk and used the activity app to track it. It only counted 20 mins of exercise where as my husband did same walk and it counted his for 55mins of exercise. The walk is in activity.
