Cancellation of my apple music subscription

I need to cancel my apple music subscription but it is not listed anywhere on my account so that I can cancel it. It still keeps trying to bill and there is no credit on my account. Please help and tell me what to do. Thanks

To unsubscribe you need to do it from your Apple ID account, not from within the app itself. Canceling an active subscription, or a free trial, must be done at least 24 hours before it ends.
