Hi I’m trying to add funds to my account it says I must contact support to complete the payment

Have you tried to reach iTunes support? Click this link: https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/itunes


They maybe wanted to check something on your account, confirm the user, or any other possible concerns regarding the payment.
