Why have i not received my refund even though it says my purchase has been refunded

August 9th I was told I would get a refund in 48 hours. Never received it although it was indicated REFUNDED.

It says my refund has been refunded but it’s not in my account

Its shows it’s refunded but its not refunded to my bank ccard

In my case, I requested refund for ipad pro. It has been 1month since I received their message stating that my request has been processed. However, when I ff up in my bank, no inward remittance issued from apple store. How to contact apple store??

How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take - Apple Support explains that the return of funds is not immediate.

How to contact apple? Their phone number is invalid. Refund options is for apps.

I finally got my refund after a lot of chats and finally phone calls that Customer service escalated to a higher chain of command. It was very frustrating but finally got through to the right person.

How long does it take to refunded even after Apple claims it has ?

It us extremely frustrating to have to continuously verify the same old CLAIM.

The credit card statement has yet to indicate 45.98$ for the free subscription I placed this year.

Tell me how long will this take?

I ordered 2 homepod mini-pods and returned them a week later. I received the refund for one of those mini-pods within 7 days that they received it. BUT not the refund for the the other one. I have chatted with them, called them twice and get the same response "your refund will be there in a few days". It has been a month and I'm starting to have to pay interest on my Apple Card. I can't understand why I have not received the other refund. I've spent thousands of dollars with Apple and about ready to get rid of everything Apple.

Hi, I have the same problem. I phoned Apple today to ask why I had not received my funds back after returning a lightening cable to Apple, which was the wrong type sent to me, I returned it on 29th May and received an email from Apple confirming they had received it back and that they would put in place a refund. Since then I have been trying to contact Apple about this.

They have today said they definitely paid it and I should speak to Paypal, as apparently they are terrible for these types of problems. Guess what, Paypal say they never received it from Apple!!! I am not sure where to go from here. I am furious!!

You have to wait between 30 working days

almost a fckn 40$ dollar charge on an app i never even had downloaded to my phone. it’s been two days since the website said my money was refunded, and i STILL HAVE NOT GOT IT. this is the second month in a row that i have been charged for this app. contacted apple at least 3 times. Also, this money was taken off of my card AS SOON as I got paid. I didn’t even get to see how much money i actually made because at 2:30 a.m on the day my direct deposit gets sent, apple had already charged me for this. i am fckn livid
