Hi, I used to have about 4 years of Health data in my iPhone which suddenly disappeared the other day at like 4am. Now I cannot see any history other than the last 3 days. When I look in iCloud backups I can see there is 200MB data but I don’t know how to get it back. Any help would be most appreciated.

If you see it in the backup you will have to restore your phone from that backup.

Thanks but is it possible to restore just the health data or do I have to restore the whole phone?
No, restores from a backup are all or nothing.
If the iPhone has been backed up since the data disappeared will that mean the backup will also have been wiped clean?
iCloud backups keep the 2 most recent backups.
