but I do not see any battery health management button.

Battery Health Management is only available for MacBooks with Thunderbolt 3 ports, which means only the 2016 MacBook Pro and 2018 MacBook Air and later have that option.

Battery health management is on by default when you buy a new Mac notebook with macOS 10.15.5, or after you upgrade to macOS 10.15.5 on a Mac notebook with Thunderbolt 3 ports.
but I have 2014 MacBook Pro and it has no Thunderbolt 3 ports
Hence the missing battery health button. Your laptop needs to have those ports in order for the button to show.
I have updated but do not see a battery health button
