Difficulties with Apple Mail

Apple mail keeps sending email to my "junk" folder. One sender in particular I have added to my contact list, and even marked as VIP. But Apple mail keeps flagging it as junk. What can I do to receive these emails?

Hello,


Continue to move these messages from Junk to Inbox. This will instruct Mail that these are not junk messages.
