Be that as it may, your phone has not been hacked. It either has a hardware problem, or possibly someone has hacked your Apple ID. The fix for that is to change your Apple ID password—>If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
Your phone has not been hacked. The message you got is a scam.
Specific photos been deleted others have been altered and videos several apps have been reset and qued Initialization questions other attributes are very wonky
