USB-C ports quit working
All 4 ports on my MBP 2018 Catalina 10.15.4
Has anyone seen this before?
I'm unable to charge my laptop
It won't recognize my external hard drive
It's like they no longer exist

Reset your SMC and your NVRAM:
Sometimes changes are made to the system(i.e. updates) and then settings (i.e. for the Ports) become manipulated, technically. So, reset both on your Mac.

Blow out the dust of USB-C ports could work.
If it doesn't help, you'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to nearby Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.

I upgraded to 10.15.5 hoping that would do it but to no avail
