Visit Using Another Device:

Using another device, what happens when you visit it the same site? Does it work?

A. If Not: Then the site is no longer existent, the servers are either down, the servers are being updated, or there is just too much network traffic at the moment.

B. If Yes: Then it is this device. So, clear the Temporary Internet Files.

Can you connect through cellular?

Disable Cellular:

Cellular Overrules Wi-Fi. So, disable cellular, and see if you can connect through Wi-Fi.
