Hello!


If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”


Contact iTunes Support - "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"


If it's locked or disabled for security reasons: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled
