Apple ID

I have an issue with my Apple ID, every single time I go to the App Store and try to download either an App or Game (even when the App and Game are Free) I get a message that shows up and says; "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" how may I resolve this issue and be able to download both Apps and Games without having this problem happen again.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13
