iPhone SE(1st gen) not recognised on Mac mini but can be recognised by iTunes on PC

My SE cannot be recognised by Finder on my Mac mini 2012. When I plug SE with genuine usb-lighting cable, there is any reaction in Finder. I have looked at the USB in SYSTEM INFORMATION and I can see iPhone below the USB port, but it's very strang that I really cannot find my iPhone in the Finder. And my iPhone didn't recharge while I connected it to Mac. However, I installed iTunes on a PC, then I connected the SE to the PC with the same cable, it can be recognised and recharged by PC. So I'm confused. I have tried many ways that I have found online but they all didn't work.

Hi Wyatt,

It seems you're having trouble connecting your iPhone to your Mac. We can work together to get this working as expected.

Try to make sure your iPhone is unlocked when you plug it in, and be sure to choose to Trust the computer.

Hi Rigo,

Thank you for your time and help.

But unfortunately it doesn't work. There is no 'Trust this computer' box showed on my iPhone at all. This SE has always connected and backuped on this Mac mini for more than 2 years. I don't know why it can't at present.

I also tried to connect my wife's iPhone to this Mac but it's same. No trust box showed and no recharge on her iPhone.

Very strange.

Again thanks for your help
