I accidentally clicked the “your iPhone has virus” pop up

So today while browsing safari I got a pop up saying my iPhone had been infected by virus and told me to download a malware protection app ( I don’t remember the name )

i did downloaded it out of polished and it told me that my iPhone have Trojan horse and showed me a ‘clean phone’ option so I clicked on it and then it asked me to get the premium version but then I deleted the app.

Please let me know if any damage had already been caused to my phone and what I should do now?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

If you have deleted the app you are safe.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware by merely clicking on a link in Safari, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.
