how can I send an email to Apple in Western Australia
I just wanted to let them know (this is not a complaint,) I went to Apple Garden City Western Australia and before going in I was given a mask and temperature was taken, I asked the guy what my temp was and he showed me the device reading of 32, now I know my temp is not 32 it is always around 36.5, the reason I wanted them to know was that the device they are using has not been calibrated correctly, what it means is that somebody could show up there as having a temp of 36 when in fact they are 40 degrees and need to get to hospital quickly, they could get past the temp check and put everybody in the store at risk of covid 19.
As I cannot email them the risk could still be there.
I agree with what Apple are doing in regards to temp checks and masks.
Thanks for the feedback guys, I will try contacting the manager as suggested above.
This is as good as we can do for you here:
I know that is a long way from WA off but it is the only AUS contact I've found. Contacting them means either a phone call or penning a business letter.
Apple do not have e-mail support.
What are you trying to do?
Use Contact Support link at the top right of this page.
I would suggest you call the manager of the store and let them know instead of trying to filter it down from corporate.
