So it seems something is opened on my desktop but I just see an outline not folder itself. When I try to click stuff inside of the invisible window, it's not even clicking on it. It feels like something is opened and I'm not able to operate in its range

Right. After the restart problem goes away but it did 5 or 6 times for now, so I'm really interested what it might be.
