Have changed to new IPhone and even I try to login to Apple ID with right passord, IT will not work What can I do..??

Are you logging in using the same Apple ID you used on the last phone?

Frist time inlog when the phone is new. Have just used the newest backup from my computer, then try to log in Apple ID for the first time

No error message. The wheel in the middle is turning around and around. And nothing more happens. Last week I let IT stay night over.... No more happend

This may be your problem, an updating Apple ID settings problem. Apple is aware of the problem.
Note that some have solved the problem by signing out of iCloud, restarting their devices, and signing back in.
I suggest you use my search link (update apple id settings) in trying to solve your problem. You will see a number of links that are related to it (some deal with iPhone/iPads explicitly, and others are more general). But, note that I have not seen a definitive solution for it.
