Wrong time
When you ask Siri about the time in Luleå(sweden), she gets it wrong by an hour. Ie if the time is 8 am she says that it is 9am. Anyone know why? Have been waiting for Apple to fix what men they do not seem to do that.

When you go to settings>privacy>location services>system services>time zone - is that on? What about any other thing right there that has to do with time?
That is on 😊 Everything looks right in there.
Time setting is right. It automatically updates the daylight saving.
