I am elderly and enjoy my iPad very much.

When something goes wrong, usually my fault, Apple very gently and kindly help me out. I have no survey to let you know how pleased and grateful I am.I will recommend this product unreservedly

I lost my webpages no doubt my own fault. Ipad seemed to jamb. July 20 about 11.00 pm EST

Well, when any work is done these days - usually a survey is sent to verify the hopefully good outcome.

I am elderly and a bit slow I missed the questionnaire sent to conform the excellent and gentle treatment I received.


Work number is available but if I look I will lose this connection to you now. All I want to do is thank you for the excellent work And kindness you have shown to an older client.

In this time of pandemic isolation, older people benefit so much from having contact with the outside world and information at the fingertips. Thank you all as a team. From Margot J., London, Ontario, Canada.
