South Africa is the most developed country in Africa with access to many of Apples features yet we don’t have Apple Pay how is that possible?
Because Samsung pay is available in South Africa. But the question of the day is when is South Africa going to get Apple Pay support? Because we Buy iPhones expecting everything enabled and ready to go!
I would point out, shocking and all as it is, that ApplePay and the Apple Card are not features of the iPhone. They are services that Apple offers in some markets, but by no means all. They have nothing to do with the value or operation of your iPhone. That said, I'm sure that people other than yourself are asking questions will be just the fillip needed to get that lazy management over at Apple to snap into action.

No one outside of Apple knows what plans they have for this, if any. You're not talking to Apple here, just other users like yourself.
