Refund request accepted but not refunded.

I asked for a refund for a purchase in the app store via "reportaproblem.apple.com". They gave me a review period of 48 hours. But now when I went to check they say they refunded my balance to its original account. But when I went too see that if the money is back. ITS NOT!!!

And now when I go to re-download app its not purchased anymore!

BTW it was iTunes Gift Card Balance. Please Help me.
