My Mac screen is frozen and all I see is what is below. Pls help.

Disconnect anything connected to the Mac (except power), press and hold the power/Touch ID button for 10 seconds, release it then press it once briefly and release. Your Mac should boot normally.

That's the indicator that your Mac has booted in Target Disk Mode.
Will it go back to my normal screen or? How do I fix it?
