iOS 13.6.1 fixes a couple of bugs and patches a security vulnerability. A very quick, minor update.
If you are asking about an iOS 12 update go to Settings/General/Software Update and there is a link you can tap that describes it. As I don’t have an iOS 12 device I can’t check that.
