i cannot create my icloud email account in outlook on Windows 10. it keeps telling me to check my email address and password. thank you

Thank you for your reply. i followed your instructions and checking all the boxes and pressing apply I received the following Outlook setup error message:

Your setup could not be started because of an unexpected

error (0x800706ba)

I tried again and Then I get an outlook configuration problem message:

Setup can’t continue because outlook isn’t configured to have

a default profile. Check your outlook settings and try again.

Hoping you can help me, thank you jw

Hello farm2,

It sounds like you're trying to set up your iCloud account on your Windows PC. We can definitely help out!

In order to do this, you'll need to download and install iCloud for Windows on your PC. Once you have that installed, you can set up that account through the features that you choose from iCloud. Take a look at this article to learn more: Set up and use iCloud for Windows
