I wanted to change my address in my Apple ID but it won't let me do so without adding credit card information. However, I have connected PayPal to my Apple ID and use that to pay for anything I buy. So how can I change my address without having to enter the CC info?

See if this helps. You can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. Click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.
