I was trying to switch to the onscreen while having the Magic Keyboard on but nothing happens when I press the text field then press the arrow pointing down... any suggestion?

When you click on a text box with the Magic Keyboard connected to an iPad Pro, a bar will slide up at the bottom of the iPad Pro display with a few icons, including a v down-caret at the rightmost end of that bar. Press and hold that v down-caret to summon the on-screen keyboard. If you don’t hold the v at the right end of the bar, the bar will slide away off the iPad Pro display without summoning the on-screen keyboard.

Per Apple...

To show the onscreen keyboard, tap a text field, then touch and hold  on the lower-right corner of your iPad screen until the onscreen keyboard appears. To hide the keyboard again, tap  on your iPad screen.

...If that’s not working, and you’re running iPadOS 13.7, check with Apple Support.

Thank you for replying... I am not sure what key is the arrow pointing down? I use the arrow All the way on the right lower keyboard that points down Other wise I do not see any other pointer other then one All the way of the left side of the keyboard, second to the last key, which that point up (Also above number 6 is a pointer but it is again pointing up not down)
