"iPhone 7 disabled connect to iTunes"

My daughter disabled my iPhone 7 and now I can't access it. I have never hooked it up to iTunes on my new laptop, only my desktop which is at work and due to COVID I cannot access it and won't be able to for who knows how long. ITunes is not recognizing it on my laptop so what are my options? I do not want to reset it and wipe it clean. How can I get into my phone without losing any information? It's been a while since I backed it up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

only option is to wipe and reload.

If you didn’t backup, your data is gone.
