I am using iphone x ios 13.7, and cannot backup icloud data, the system says "cannot complete last backup because icloud has a backup from a newer ios version".
then I try to delete the old backup on icloud, but the system says "cannot delete backup, this backup cannot be deleted at this time"
I have been able to log into other iPhones (including ios 13.7, ios 14 beta 8) and pc but the results still cannot be deleted.

Have you tried restarting the device and trying to delete that backup again?
maybe i was using ios beta so i had that problem, i tried restarting, logging back in icloud, using ios beta device to remove but no success
