iOS 14 battery drain

My iPhone X battery drains very fast after the iOS update. Any help I’m getting frustrated

Same. In 5 hours I'm down to 40% and my phone is hot to the touch. Battery shows 52% usage by the Health app, that I don't even have open or running. I've closed, restart, forced restarted and it continues to increase usage, overheat and drain the battery.
