Hello!
i have a problem with iCloud storage.For some reason I can’t buy more space on my iCloud(it rejects all credit cards i tried to use) and I used up all the space on my IPhone and now I can’t download any apps.
Thanks for any suggestions/solutions.

Yoy may need to contact Apple support about your payment method problems, but just so you know, buying more iCloud storage will not help you free up space on your phone with the exception of enabling iCloud Photos which still uses space on the device.
You will need to free up space on your device.
