No Date Display after 7.0.1 Update for Apple Watch

I just downloaded the new Apple Watch update 7.0.1 and now the date does not display. In the settings in only has the “off” option. What happened? How do I fix this?! I’ve tried power cycling and there’s nothing on the internet about this issue yet. Please help!
