Appears you may have erased too much from the Mac's drive; so now

you would need to start up, from an online re-installer. And that needs

the internet to get, load, and start the Mac from that installer.. to begin.

Note there are 'macOS Utilities' available from the online macOS startup;

w/ instructions on 'how to erase' a drive, suggest means toward that end.

The options that should work if instructions could be diligently applied,

would be among choices; in this Support article, and its associated links.

You may or should use the link within this article and elect to Erase the

drive; that could involve reformat drive. Most, usually to HFS+ Journaled.

So, you might need to erase your disk first. ~Blue text is instructions link.

(Then again, later Mac hardware determines the format; APFS or HFS+)

Read though entire article and be aware the choices may require depth

to understand cause-&-effect repercussions involved; as these take time.

Hours; maybe even overnight, etc; or could even need replacement drive.

Always best to make, keep, and maintain good backups; to include the

automatic Time Machine on external USB drive. And learn how to make

and use boot-capable full system clones, on capable external drives.

Good luck & happy computing!🐌|🐢
