i’m having trouble updating my phone and trouble with storage i already purchased 2 times for more storage and i deleted dam near everything and its still not letting me download anything or keep anything

iCloud storage is independent of iPhone storage. How much free space do you have on your phone? For problems with an update, see here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263
