Scheduling Texts

Can Apple please include in their next IOS update the ability for us to schedule text messages? I had $150 phones that use Android and even those were designed to schedule text messages. It really is crazy that I have the one of the latest Apple phones out there and it can’t do that. I know people in the past suggested some other apps for this purpose but is there a verified app with good reviews out there for scheduling texts? (I still rather Apple just make it a standard option but...)
