Clear your Temporary Internet Files:
See if you can delete temporary internet files (cookies and caches). Cookies keep a remembrance of how you interacted with the site (i.e. selected items), whereas caches keep an a remembrance of what a site last looked like (i.e. background colors), then last time you visited the site.
What happens when you try? What do you see on the screen, any error messages? An iPad that runs iOS 9 is quite an old device and is no longer supported, so getting help will be difficult.
