Why there were two charges of $.99 during the month, one on the 8th and the other one the 20th, since March 8, 2020 to September 20, 2020?
Also i want to provide a change made in my credit card so I can start paying again.

For the disputed charge - If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support.
To make a payment change - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support.
