Texting problems to non iPhone users
My phone will not text to non-iPhone users. I can receive texts, but I am not able to reply. It works fine with iPhone users

start here If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the link doesn't help then you'll need t o contact your phone carrier as SMS is a carrier feature.
