I’m worried if I got a virus on my iPhone 8 Plus

So as I said before I am worried if I may have gotten a virus in my iPhone, but I’m not sure if I do have one, so I was on a website reading a few articles, as I wanted to read more I was sent to another page and so I went back to my other page and it had said your iPhone may have a virus, at the bottom it wanted me to press saying repair it and I got worried and I didn’t press repair and I closed the link and deleted my history just in case of anything that might happen. So what do I do??
