iMessage not working.
It will only send to certain iPhones. Anyone else experience this?

iMessages are sent to a user's iCloud account. In turn that person would receive the iMessage via the Messages app on their iPhone. Is it only one person that you cannot send iMessages to? If so, it may be possible that they may be blocking you.
