Hacked?

I was online , i was trying to access an article but it would always ask me to download an ad for safety reason? Which I did not want to do. A few minutes later, I got a message from Apple?? Saying that I had been hacked and I had 38 virus. Is this true. If true, how can I see this? And what can I do?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13
