Bluetooth disconnects randomly

Hello everyone. I have been using my iPhone 12 pro since release. Since switching over from my iPhone 11, I’ve had constant Bluetooth connectivity issues. It first started off by randomly disconnecting from my cars Bluetooth and now it’s doing it with my Apple Watch S3. I am on 14.2.1 iOS.

I have tried resetting all network settings and unfortunately that didn’t work. I’m dreading doing a reset of the phone. If I must to fix the issue, then I guess I will. But I’m also curious to know if I’m the only one with this problem?
