Hi, can someone help me? My last message didn't sent, after that I wanted to open Instagram... but it's still opening. I asked Siri to open another app, she can't do that. What does "still doesn't do anything" mean exactly? When you did the above, did you see nothing but a blank screen? Did you hold the power button for at least 10 seconds? Does your battery have a charge?
My screen stays opening Instagram, but doesn't move. My battery level is 68%. I did hold the buttons, but I can't even lock my screen, only unlock but nothing else. I even asked Siri to open another app, she couldn't...

I don't know what this means. But I strongly suspect it means you did not explicitly and exactly follow the three steps I stated in my first response above. Do the first step first, then the second, then the third.

I did follow the steps, but my phone does not work. It opens Siri all the time, it doesn't get black, I don't get the apple on my screen,... nothing. I can't press any button to make it work.
