My phone says weak security
On my phone where it says internet it’s saying weak security

Your wifi router has security standards of WEP or WPA
Log info your router and increase the wifi security level to WPA2 or better.
Or get a newer router.
It is no weaker that it was before but ios14 is more finicky.
