I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro and it just arrived today. I was wondering if I could exchange it for a Pro Max by going up to the Apple store?
As per Apple return policy, you have 14 days to return your device and ask for a full refund.

Make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store, asking also for the exact iPhone model you wish (color/capacity included) and, if they have it available, they might help you about the bureaucratic procedure.
