New IPhone 12 issues

Just bought an IPhone 12 and my phone restarts about 10 times a day at random times, particularly when doing more than one thing. TMobile is convinced it was a system update issue, but it still does it with and without the update. It doesn’t happen with a specific app, and has happened when dialing a number and entering in my passcode, along with a few basic apps. A side issue is occasionally it takes me trying an app 2 or 3 times before it stays open. Any thoughts?

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
