The Wi-Fi Network that you are using has a weak security. Not your iPhone. You can change the security setting of your Wi-Fi Network by logging into the Router of that Wi-Fi Network. You can then change the security settings from there. If you don't know how to accomplish this then you can refer to the Router's user manual or contact the support team of the manufacturer / provider of that Router.
